Does anyone have a 3D Printer blueprint for "ghost" guns and ammo that works?

Question

First, which 3D Printer should I *** for this?

Second, I need a blueprint for WORKING Ghost guns, that can shoot and everything. And a blueprint for matching, working ammo.

Reason being is I can't get guns commercially in my area right now. Help me out.
